Experienced candidate to internally focus on service parts repairs, refurbishments and upgrades in a fast paced, time sensitive customer service environment. The position works closely with Harmonic's manufacturing repair operations to insure proper coordination of material, capacity and resources to meet our customer obligations. The position also liaisons with our customer facing service supply chain to support day to day service operations activities related to the company's global service obligations.

Adept at prioritizing and maintaining establish goals/timelines.
Proficient with M/S productivity products.
Years of Direct Experience Required:
3-5+ years experience in service repair planning.
3+ years experience with Oracle
Experience with Salesforce.com and ServiceMax a plus.
Areas of Direct Experience:
Service Logistics, repair logistic, customer service, development of high performance work processes.
Educational Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent
