Senior SIEM Technical Trainer LogRhythm
LogRhythm is seeking a SIEM Technical Courseware Developer to join our team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado. The LogRhythm SIEM Technical Courseware Developer is responsible for delivering and developing training services to LogRhythm customers, partners and internal employees. Training services consist of performing remote and on- site training on LogRhythm and SIEM technology. Although many services are delivered remotely, trainers will be expected to travel.
This position requires application of the fundamentals of instructional design for adult learners, project management, training material production, training needs analysis and evaluation, and the ability to adapt presentation styles for individual, small group and large-group demonstration settings.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience developing comprehensive technical training for technical audiences
Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes
Proven experience creating training for both online/web-based (self-service and instructor-led) as well as formal classroom training
Experience working with Engineering, Professional Services, Support, IT and QA Staff for knowledge transfer
Experience as a technical trainer
Professional Services or Sales Engineering Experience with SIEM, System/Application Monitoring or Performance Tools
Willingness to Perform Technical Deep-Dive on Related Corporate Products and Services
Security training experience
Experience with Professional Technical Documentation Authoring Tools such as Adobe FrameMaker or MadCap Flare, Adobe Photoshop or GIMP, Adobe Captivate, etc?
Strong coaching skills and ability to support a variety of learning styles and approaches
Must have excellent customer service, communication and promotional skills
Must have good understanding of the software development process
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess an innate understanding of business processes
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
