The Senior Silicon Operations Manager will be an agent of change in our company?s drive to become a public enterprise and major supplier of processors and systems to the video, networking and cloud markets. And you can be a critical part of this. Tilera is a company of talented , hungry people- on a mission to succeed with the next big thing in multi-core processors.
Our Senior Silicon Operations Manager will work on exciting challenges such as:
Developing the entire silicon manufacturing strategy to scale to volume
Defining and executing the overseas product transfer plan in your first 6 months on the job
Building a team of "A Player" Engineers
Achieving ISO 9001 Certification for the entire company
Drive the company's critical quality/reliability template which supports broad customer needs
This is high visibility, high impact spot, where your efforts will have significant impact on IC Engineering product plans, and Tilera's high performance Systems manufacturing based on our processors. You will be the "Go-To" person for all things silicon Marketing, Sales, Customers and Vendors.
Our Senior Silicon Operations Manager will be like no other, and we don?t expect you are either.
We want a strong manager with:
A solid 8-10 year management background silicon product operations
A track record of building an effective team, experienced running either Product or Test Engineering
A solid foundation in quality/reliability for complex SoCs or Processors
Experience working with wafer fabrication, assembly and test houses
Customer interaction experience with respect to quality/reliability
Direct exposure to deep submicron product qualifications, advanced packaging , RMA and failure analysis processing.
