Responsibilities:
Be one of the first engineers on the team. Make decisions. Opinions encouraged!
Build the absolute best gaming platform inside the browser, something others say can't be done. This takes skill, grace and determination. We will reward all of that effort on a daily basis.
Develop code to build a product we're immensely proud of and help us improve on our processes and efficiency along the way.
Be an advocate for our growth, help hire and ramp up new engineers.
We?re interested in hiring individuals with:
Deep experience in architecture and development of large software systems, with either:
Solid backend experience, writing systems that scale and solving hard performance problems, or
Frontend expertise, proven to create intuitive, efficient applications with the best user experience possible
No problem with delving into both frontend and backend to get stuff done
Fluency in multiple programming languages, yet language agnostic, with the innate ability and eagerness to learn new things
Currently we're leveraging open source technologies including Linux, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Node.js and are keenly aware of all things HTML5, WebGL, and hardware-accelerated graphics. If you have experience in these areas already that's great, but if your expertise lies elsewhere, don?t let that stop you!

Contributions to open source projects
Willingness to jump in and debug issues
Familiarity with systems infrastructure and low-latency networking
Understanding of modern browser standards and APIs
Multiplayer game networking
