What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of overall software development experience
- 2+ years of Ruby on Rails development
- Data modeling and optimization of RDBMS (MySQL)
- Strong experience developing SaaS or web based enterprise software applications
- Experience with OO design principles
- Experience designing and developing applications from the ground up with performance and scalability in mind
- Experience with JavaScript, Prototype
- Experience with agile, iterative, and test-driven development methods
- Facebook application & Faecbook & Twitter API experience is helpful
- Experience developing mobile apps (iPhone and Android) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership, passion and enthusiasm for designing and implementing product solutions
- Great aptitude for solving complex problems with innovative and elegant designs and deliver robust functionality in a timely manner
- High commitment to collaboration and team achievement
- Great communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science, or computer & information systems

- Become a leading developer in our social media marketing application team
- Design and implement new product features (large and small) and enhancements at model, controller and UI levels
- Work in a team oriented, exciting, challenging and rewarding work environment
- Implement scalability and performance improvements for the application and underlying infrastructure
- Optimize existing features
- Provide level of effort estimates
