Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
Take overall responsibility of the product software engineering and/or integration
Direct, review, and approve product design and changes
Communicate and justify estimates for the client
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
Utilize software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming), processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work as well as the following programming languages, frameworks and development environments: Java/JSP, PHP/MySQL, ASP.Net, XML, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
Participate/lead application and user acceptance testing and assist staff and clients with application problems, issues and defects regarding software capabilities and performance
Qualification:
MBA/MS in Computer Information Systems
