LogRhythm is seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, .NET Applications to join our team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado. Qualified candidates will have experience and passion for the development of multi-tiered .NET applications with proven experience as a technical leader, architect, and mentor for a software development team.

Key Responsibilities
Technical lead for a team developing .NET applications, web services, and user interfaces (rich client, web)
Lead team in Agile/scrum development process activities acting both as architect and scrum-master
Development of requirements and user stories
Architect and design 2-tiered and 3-tierd applications utilizing the .NET framework
Manage user interface including both rich client and web
Drive commitment within the team towards building high quality applications utilizing test driven development
Support recruiting efforts of organization
Required Skills
2 years? experience in a technical team lead role for multi-tied, distributed, and scalable NET applications
8+ years? experience in software development
4+ years? experience with C#.Net and/or VB.Net
Experience with ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, web services (SOAP, REST) and windows services
Experience with Windows Forms as well as web client development
Extensive experience with design patterns, systems architecture concept and frameworks
Strong technical architectural leadership skills with the ability to estimate, plan, lead and execute complex technical projects
Experienced in working in Agile/scrum environment
Strong written and oral communications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Valued Skills
Experienced data architect
Design of applications using other programming languages and frameworks: Java, Python, C++.
Experience with Crystal Reports
Experience with development of highly available and redundant applications
Experience with secure coding practices
