Requirements include:
Extensive knowledge of virtualization and storage technologies
10+ years of commercial software development experience
Solid design skills
Experience with large scale enterprise-level systems
Proven ability to write technical artifacts (whitepapers as well as designs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for elegant designs and technical excellence
Track record of delivering well-designed, robust and scalable software
BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline
Should have a working knowledge of:
VMware, Hyper-V or similar products
Networking, files systems and large volume storage
Nice to haves:
Windows Internals
Volume Shadow Copy
Object stores and tape
