As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a team of engineers that designs and builds a world class, highly scalable, 'Big Data' Predictive Analytics SaaS based software platform. In this role you will design and implement innovative, elegant and high performing solutions to challenging product requirements. The successful candidate will have broad product experience building n-tier solutions, strong collaborative and communication skills and adept at working in a fast paced agile/SCRUM environment.Responsibilities
Work as a member of a team responsible for the design and development of a ?Big Data? predictive analytics SaaS based platform
Designing and developing applications and solutions with attention towards simplicity, efficiency and supportability
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development framework and processes
Educating professional services, support specialists and users on effective use of the platform
Qualifications
BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline required
5+ year?s industry experience developing enterprise class multi-tiered data driven applications
Commercial grade application programming experience in one or more of the following languages - Java, C++ or C#
Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant based applications highly desirable
Strong understanding of internet protocols and technologies
Experience with ?Big Data? or Predictive Analytics considered a plus
Ability to articulate and document technical concepts
Capacity to work in a fast paced environment
Experience with agile/SCRUM; certified SCRUM master considered favorably
