Senior Software Engineer Circadence

Job Description
We are looking for qualified senior software developers with significant industry experience who are interested in joining a highly successful and dynamic organization. A strong background in developing network management related products is required. Significant experience designing user interfaces is also required. As a senior engineer, the candidate must be capable of acting as an organizational leader from both a strategic and personnel standpoint.
Specific duties could include designing and developing WAN optimization management solutions, as well as acting in a product leadership role. This would include translating functional requirements to specific technical tasks, developing and testing new tools and applications, technical documentation, and research and development, assisting with strategic product planning, and mentoring others. These are permanent full time positions and U.S. citizenship is required.

General Position Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information System or equivalent; plus 5-15 years relevant experience.
Java.
C/C++.
User Interface Design
Object Oriented Design.
Networking experience.
A self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented individual.
Experience as a team leader.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team oriented environment.
US Citizen required, will need to pass comprehensive background check.
Existing US Government security clearance a plus.
