Role

As a Senior Engineer, you'll report directly to the CTO and will be given a lot of responsibility. You will be the lead on many features/services of the product, you will have influence over technology selection, architecture designs, and implementation specifics. You will be a true leader, with a keen attention to detail, the ability to take designs and turn them into robustly tested, beautifully implemented features. You will both work with the CTO on technology strategy and help mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
Comfortable with all levels of the stack, from DB design to Javascript/CSS
Self-starter, we're a start up, you won't be handheld
Belief in an iterative, test-driven approach to software development

Ideally

Expert experience with Ruby/ROR
Expert experience with MongoDB or other Document-Oriented Data Store
Expert experience with JQuery
