Requirements
A passion for writing great software
Excellent communication skills
Experience developing systems software (operating systems, file systems, databases, or similar)
Experience working in small teams
Fluency (at least) with the C programming language
10+ years of experience (or possibly fewer if you are seriously awesome)
Knowledge and experience with any of these subjects are pluses
File and storage systems
Data deduplication technologies
High performance software design for multi-core systems
Performance measurement and analysis
Designing for fault tolerance, reliability, and resiliency
API design, and supporting external developers using those APIs
Unix/Linux systems programming
Windows systems programing
Kernel programing (Linux, Windows, RTOS, etc?)
Agile software development
