As an senior software engineer we're expecting you to have a strong programming background in Java or Ruby on Rails. You should also be familiar with many of the technologies we have listed below. In addition to writing great code, we expect you to help with design decisions, help mentor other developers, and help keep us to up to date on the latest tools and frameworks. Required experience:
Web Application development
Java or Ruby on Rails (Experience w/both is a plus)
Object Oriented Design and Programming
Ability to be flexible and work within a fast paced environment
Preferred experience:
Continuous Integration (Config Management, Automated Testing, Continuous Builds)
Some system administration
Experience with various frameworks (Hibernate, Struts, Spring, etc)
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
