As a Senior Software Engineer working on Guidewire Live (
Requirements
We care most about your critical thinking skills and technical talent, however prior experience with a majority of the following is desired.
- Experience building Web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java-based technologies such as J2EE, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate
- Experience designing scalable, resilient systems with 100% availability
- Experience using Oracle and open-source databases, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Working knowledge of JQuery, Angular and other JavaScript toolkits
- Skilled at writing unit tests and testable components
- Experience developing for mobile is highly desirable
- Experience with cloud or SaaS computing (hosted computing) is a plus
- Versatility with Git, Maven and Jenkins is a plus
- 8+ years of software product development and delivery experience
