Position Description:
We are scouting for a well-rounded Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record working with computer vision based products. Enthusiasm and ability to participate in solving interesting and complex problems is a MUST. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll initially work in a small team building state of the art computer vision based products for sports data collection.

Required Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Proven experience with computer vision based product/application development
Proven experience with practical real world implementation of vision based algorithms and technology
Expertise in computer vision and image processing algorithms
Experience with optimizing algorithms for real time performances
Strong C++ programming skills
Experience with Win32 and MFC, TCP and UDP networking, multithreading, and inter-process communication.
Strong Math background (for example 3D graphics, projection, reconstruction, filtering, estimators etc.)
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills and work well in a team environment
Must possess the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Self-starter and motivated to create well engineered software components and systems
Must be willing to travel to sporting events from time to time and occasionally on weekends.
Desirable Qualifications, but not required:
OpenGL graphics, including off-screen rendering using FBOs or Pbuffers, writing shaders, and fast card-level IO.
Nvidia?s Quadro SDI video input/output cards and SDK.
Aja or other related video capture cards and SDK.
Experience with object tracking and classification
Experience with CUDA and/or other GPGPU programming
Experience with Intel IPP, TBB or MKL libraries
Experience with camera calibration and 3D projection math
Experience with Open CV
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Game, film, TV graphics or broadcast video experience
The candidate chosen for this role will build and strengthen a broad array of skills, including: analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills, understanding sports broadcast video technology, and the design of complex, dynamic software programs that are seen on National television.
