Senior Software Engineer - Integrations Intelligent Insites
-- Design, develop, test, support scalable integration applications in C#.Net;
-- Maintain and extend the current integration framework, installer and integration monitoring systems;
-- Attend technical calls with partner companies to determine feasibility of integration between two endpoints;
-- Estimate effort required to complete tasks given a set of requirements;
-- Design and develop integrations based on API specifications from external parties and technical requirements from internal parties;
-- Learn about and understand various partner hardware platforms;
-- Work in a team environment as well as independently;
-- Provide technical mentorship/leadership to other developers;
-- Produce design documentation and deployment documentation;
-- Support deployed integrations;
-- Participate in select tradeshow demos;
-- Collaborate within the engineering group and subject matter experts to analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs;
-- Foster a success-oriented, accountable, and ethical environment within the company;
-- Perform other activities and duties related to the role, as directed by management.
-- BS Computer Science degree or related work experience required;
-- 5+ years experience with C# .Net development;
-- 1+ years technical leadership experience in a team setting;
-- Experience with design/development concepts such as High Availability/Multi-Threading/Code Reusability (interfaces, delegates, lambda expressions, etc.)/Security;
-- Experience with source code repo platforms such as Source Safe and GitHub;
-- Experience in consuming and exposing web service APIs;
-- Experience in a variety of networking protocols such as HTTP/S, TCP/UDP, S/FTP;
-- Experience with persistent message queue products such as RabbitMQ;
-- Experience with relational database platforms such as MS SQL and MySQL;
-- Ability to handle being assigned to multiple projects at a time;
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-- Able to travel outside of the U.S.;
-- Mobile application development experience;
-- Excellent customer and customer relationship skills required;
-- Strong presentation skills and proven presentation experience;
-- Ability to adapt to change and take on new responsibilities.

Travel: Minimal travel required
Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting such articles as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently may be required. Walking, standing, and bending to a significant degree or sitting most of the time with a degree of pushing and pulling of arm and/or leg controls may be required. Must be able to operate typical office equipment.
