Mashery is evolving our platform to continue providing best-in-class solutions around API Management. We are looking for a senior platform engineer to develop technology solutions in a high-performance distributed environment. This leadership role will work with architecture to influence and mentor the platform development staff, as well as contributing to the platform roadmap.
10+ years experience, 7+ years with a MSCS
Deep understanding of SOA/modular architectures
Experience writing OSGi bundles and services
Strong core Java background -- language, runtime, and internals
Networking protocols and socket programming
Solid knowledge of multi-threaded design approach
Experience with distributed communication cloud environments
Experience developing highly available/redundant software
Knowledge of software development methodologies
Superior leadership and communication skills with a desire to win and have fun along the way
