Senior Software Engineer - Location Seattle Qualys

Qualys is opening a new office in the Seattle area an looking for highly motivated individuals to help design and develop cutting edge security products. You will be part of small team working on a new and exciting product that will help evolve SaaS and be a leader in a new and emerging security space!

Person should be fluent in C/C++, SQL, some C#, low level windows knowledge, and have core networking skills. Security in the client application space and malware knowledge is a plus.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 7+ years in C/C++
  
• 4+ years SQL
  
• Deep knowledge of Win32 APIs
  
• Experience working in Virtual Machine environments
  
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equiv work experience
  

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of web browsers
  
• Understanding of the malware space
  
• API function hooking
  
• Architecting scalable systems
