Position Overview

Operative is looking for talented and experience developers who have a passion for developing high performance, highly concurrent Enterprise Java applications. You will be part of a talented and energetic team of software developers. You will have the opportunity to make significant contribution to current and future versions of Operative?s platform ? Operative.One.



.Job Responsibilities:



Part of a team implementing highly scalable and performant multi-tenant advertising solutions
Take architecture and code ownership for one or more product modules
Be part of an architecture leadership team as the go-to person for framework expertise
Proactive thinker with a proven ability to doggedly research and solve server-side problems

Requirements/Skills:

Deep Experience with Enterprise Java, Spring, Hibernate
Expert-level knowledge in Spring or Hibernate
Experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems.
Experience with relational technologies, preferably MySql
Ability and commitment to learn new feature sets quickly
Experience working with Message Queues, Job Schedulers, Deployment and Configuration management systems

Aptitude to quickly get up to speed with new product architectures.
Ability to architect and implement well-behaved, highly performant software modules.

Strong capability to research and innovate.

BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science from a top school.
8+ years? experience as a software engineer; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation and deployment tasks
Experience with advertising technologies is a plus
