Basis Technology is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with TS/SCI security clearance to work in a cutting edge research and development site at the government customer?s offices in Northern Virginia. Successful candidates will have a broad range of skills with a particular focus on web based application development. Develop innovative front end user interactions for web based applications
Create leading edge technologies in the fields of analytics and data visualization
Convert proof-of-concept designs into production level applications
Be an innovator and develop new approaches to challenging issues
Collaborate effectively with key personnel in the Intelligence Community
Required Qualifications
Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level (applicants without clearance will not be considered)
Bachelor?s degree in computer science or related field
Ability to work on site in Northern Virginia
Solid understanding of web application design and development processes
UX/UI design expertise
3 years programming experience with
HTML/CSS
Java, Javascript
jQuery
Rapid prototype design
Desired Qualifications
Proficiency using MVC frameworks
Ability to develop applications using multimedia and/or document exploitation
Familiarity with creating tools for navigating social networks
Data visualization skills
