Job Description

We are looking for an engineer with strong server-side Java skills to help us accelerate the development of our new BPM product.
Job Responsibilities

- Assist with the release of new versions of the product and assist the support team with timely and technical advice
- Perform requirements analysis for the product and develop software specifications
- Implement code generation algorithms and be responsible for system architecture and process modeling
- Generate executable language out of graphical models and work on indexing objects located in abstract models
- Work in close contact with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to provide a basic test framework for product
- Design and customize software product to optimize operational efficiency for clients

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or a closely related field, plus two years of work experience as a Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Java Engineer, Senior Principal Consultant, Architect/Staff Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Project Leader, Member of Tech Staff, or equivalent occupation. Bachelor's degree in one of the stated fields and five years of progressive work experience will substitute for Master's degree and two years' experience. The work experience must include two years of software design/development utilizing Java and XML and one year of software design/development utilizing J2EE, multithreading and thread pool optimization, Drools, OpenJPA or EclipseLink, Bitronix and MySQL. Experience over backend system configuration, thread debugging and monitoring is a must. OSGi knowledge is considered a plus. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
