This position is for a senior software engineer in the Caradigm Engineering team focused on performance engineering. This person will be responsible for ensuring our products have the performance, scalability and reliability that our customers and partners expect. You will work with a broad spectrum of technologies across the Caradigm suite of platform and applications including SQL, SharePoint, RESTful web services, cloud technologies and others. You will have the opportunity to work in a new and rapidly growing business with talented software engineers and medical domain experts to define and validate the performance, scalability and reliability of our products. This position demands technical expertise expected of a strong engineer on an enterprise scale product as well as the ability and passion to work in a rapidly evolving space and interface with customers and partners.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? 6+ years of experience of software development and/or software testing
? 3+ years of performance testing for enterprise-scale software
? Deep technical expertise in development with proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, web services
? Strong communication and cross-group collaboration skills
? Passion for customer satisfaction
? Experience in healthcare software is a plus but not required
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent
