Senior Software Engineer GlobeRanger

Description
We have an immediate need for an experienced software engineer to join our world-class product development team which is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of our flagship product, iMotion, and a rapidly growing set of additional product offerings. This position requires a creative, passionate, and technically strong individual that excels in challenging projects and team environments.

Required General Skills:

Five or more years experience developing using object-oriented techniques and patterns.
Expert in .NET development (C, .NET Framework, VS 2005/2008). We use a very broad range of the .NET Framework functionality.
Expert in multithreaded development.
Experience in network programming and strong understanding of networking protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BSCS or equivalent experience.


Additional Bonus Skills:

Experience with .NET 3.5 technologies.
Experience using and deploying RFID and other sensor hardware.
Working knowledge of EPCglobal standards such as ALE, Gen2, EPCIS, TDS and LLRP.
