About the Position:

SecondMarket is seeking experienced professionals for opportunities in our technology area to work as Senior Software Engineers. As a Software Engineer, you will design, build and maintain
SecondMarket's server-side infrastructure. Software Engineers work as part of a Scrum Team with a Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX Designer and other engineers to develop, test and deploy code on a weekly basis. SecondMarkets platform is built on Amazon Web Services, Java+Spring MVC, Scala+Lift, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ActiveMQ, Camel, and SOLR.

Desired Skills for the Position:

Deep Knowledge and Experience with Java (preferred), Scala (preferred) or other OO language
Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, Lift (Scala) or other MVC-based frameworks
