Description
E2open (now a publicly traded company) is a key leader in supply chain management - managing the production and delivery of goods across the world. We are looking for candidates with strong experience in designing, developing and implement planning and optimization algorithms.
Job responsibilities:
Work closely with product management to develop mathematical models for supply chain planning problems
Design and develop software solutions that apply heuristic, linear programming, and mixed integer programming techniques to planning problems within the context of the models. This includes the use of commercial solvers as well as proprietary algorithms.
Articulate and explain results
Education, Experience, and Skills:
3+ years of experience programming standard packages like Gurobi, CPLEX, Express, or LpSolve
4+ years of programming experience in Java, c, or c++
Strong analytical skills, including a clear understanding of algorithm complexity
