Senior Software Product Manager (Agile, SaaS) Sermo
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED WorldOne is seeking a talented Senior Software Product Manager with experience in managing the full software life cycle development. You will lead a cross-functional software product development team by delivering a product within budget and in accordance with project timeline. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in product development and experience in an Agile development environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct product development efforts
Ensure the product is developed to meet company quality standards and according to the project timeline
Lead cross-functional product development team to develop detailed business plans including technology development assessment and roll-out communication strategy
Track development against budgetary and schedule requirements based on phase review objectives
Run pilot programs with early-stage products
Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated events
Communicate with Sales and Marketing Representatives to provide product development status and obtain customer feedback
Skills and Experience Required:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; an MBA is preferred
8+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager
Experience in an Agile Scrum development environment
Must understand the full SDLC
Demonstrated success defining and launching new technologies
Ability to identify customer needs and communicate them to the Project Management Team
Proven analytical and communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills to lead cross-functional team
