Senior Software Test Engineer Fidelis Security Systems

The senior software test engineer will contribute to product verification and Quality Assurance (QA) of a state-of-the-art network security product.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the verification of network equipment products, such as security appliances, routers, or switches. This candidate will also possess knowledge of automated verification efforts with experience in C/C++, Perl, Tcl, Python, or similar programming languages in a Linux or Unix environment.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with the verification of secure software applications. Such experience should include knowledge of secure programming practices, security exploits, penetration testing, and similar. Experience with database and GUI verification is desired.
The position requires 5+ years of relevant experience. A BSCS (or equivalent) is required; a MSCS is preferred. Security Clearance is not required.
Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and contributing to the product marketing effort. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering to deliver award-winning Fidelis products. This position also includes working with Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Sr. Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and product marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Be a Fidelis XPS product expert
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Become an expert with respect to the competition
Develop new product positioning and messaging for product introductions
Perform product demos to customers
Manage the overall customer experience - customer advisory boards, quarterly surveys
Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Develop sales tools and collateral
Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
Support press and analyst relations efforts
Take a leadership role within the company
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years experience as a Product Manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
10 years of relevant experience in the Networking and Security products markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree is required, Computer Science or technical discipline or equivalent experience, Masters Degree in Engineering or Business a plus
Technical background, with experience in Networking, IDS/IPS, Packet Capture, Network Forensics, and Security products
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Must be able to travel 30 of the time
Experience in world-wide markets
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
