About the Job
We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist to support the Energy Efficiency ? Implementation Support team in our Salt Lake City, Utah office. The successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years of customer service experience and delivery of world class customer service, mentoring and supporting the Business Process leadership group by ensuring delivery of our contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Completes tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Ability to be self-aware and provide own improvement opportunities
Ability to provide constructive feedback and recognition to peers
Acts as a mentor to Entry and Junior processors
Participates and/or leads team meetings
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and is an available resource to peers
Sets positive example to all internal/external clients and peers
Meets and/or exceeds all Key Performance Indicators for 6 months and continuously thereafter
Supports Business Processing Coordinators with batch/non-batch tasks when necessary
Willing to serve any program
Must maintain performance at senior level for maximum increase potential
No Outlying performance issues
At least 1-3 years of providing excellent customer service
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Previous experience as a Business Processing Specialist or in a similar role is preferred
Ability to complete tasks on own
Demonstrated consistency and continued improvement from all feedback
Acts as an agent of change amongst peers
Initiates learning new tasks, and assists team when necessary
Capacity to learn industry knowledge and continues to seek knowledge from other client/program(s) with their active Career Plan
Engages and support floor morale activities
Participates in and leads team meetings
