Senior Strategic Product Manager Echopass

Position Description:
The Senior Strategic Product Manager is responsible for the management of the lifecycle of Echopass products. This includes increasing the competitive differentiation of existing products, defining new products, and finding innovative solutions for the company?s target markets. The Senior Strategic Product Manager will also define product release requirements, assist in the development and support of marketing programs for new and existing products, and work with sales channels to raise the positioning of Echopass solutions.
Requirements:
8-10 years of product management experience focused on B2B or C2B software
8-10 years development experience or equivalent focused on C#, .NET, Java/JavaScript, Objective-C, JSON, AJAX, REST, SOAP, and SQL
Experience in defining customer requirements, managing the product release process, and successfully launching products to meet those requirements
Strong, hands-on understanding of Genesys, Nuance, Verint, Microsoft, Salesforce, RightNow, Siebel desired
Hands on experience with Voice/Email/Chat, Social, and/or Mobile technologies a must
Ability to juggle competing priorities and multiple time-sensitive projects
Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with ability to effectively discuss your product with both business and technical audiences
Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze customer needs based on a variety of inputs including: market research, competitive analysis, meetings with customers, prospects, and partners, and discussion with Genesys internal stakeholders such as sales and professional services
Write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and work with engineering, quality assurance, project management, and documentation team members to prioritize requirements and assign to a release plan
Collaborating on and review UI wireframes and prototypes with user experience design and engineering teams
Work closely with other Echopass stakeholders (including product marketing, sales, support, professional services, and training) on presales, product launch and post-sales activities such as marketing collateral, white papers, pricing and bundling, and customer support and partner readiness
Provide product presentations, internal training, and demos for customers, prospects, and partners
Develop user experience for delivering and administrating the Strategic Solutions product staging environment
