THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a Project Strategist you will be an integral member of the Special Projects team. The Special Projects team works on the most important accounts and projects for Reputation.com and our clients include Fortune 500 companies, their executive teams, politicians, and public figures. The Project Strategist will be working on the company?s most valuable clients. The Project Strategist will be the key point-of-contact with the clients and will act as their liaison to the Special Projects team. The Strategist is responsible for coordinating across multiple teams to ensure success on each account in their portfolio. This is a great role for someone who wants to start their career in high-end, enterprise account management. This is a learning position, where the right self-starter will be able to assist the team and develop their own sales skills as well.
Manage, develop, and maintain portfolio of high touch accounts representing approximately 5+M in annual revenue.
Act as the day-to-day point of content for clients.
Assist clients with the on-boarding process, which includes understanding the client?s objectives, collecting client information, and ensuring that fulfillment teams have sufficient materials to achieve the client?s objectives.
Provide technical/functional support, advice, and SEO/online reputation best practices to customers and prospective clients.
Speak consistently over the phone and guide clients through the lifetime of the engagement, educating them on all aspects of the company?s products, services, and strategies.
Liaise with the Publishing and Editorial, Product Management, and Special Projects teams to ensure the client?s needs are met and to identify new opportunities.
Ensure successful delivery of client solutions throughout each account?s lifespan.
Build and present reports to clients on a weekly basis.
Understand, position, and cross-sell the portfolio of Reputation.com products and services.
Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal deals end to end, including lead generation and qualification, solution development, presentation, contract negotiation, and deal closing.
Thrive in a busy work environment with a high volume of tasks.
In real time, accurately track and record customer communications in Salesforce.
Some travel required to present to clients in person.
Knowledge/Skill Areas Preferred:
BA in business administration, computer science, or equivalent business or technical field preferred.
Strong computer literacy and product or technical expertise in online privacy, SEO, and social media.
Strong consulting, written and verbal communication skills.
Track record of success in a fast-paced, independent account management role.
Immediate responsiveness to all internal and external inquiries, ability to multitask.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Willingness to do ?whatever it takes? to get the job done and help colleagues.
Enthusiasm for learning new topics, sharing knowledge with others.
Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
