Requirements

• Expert troubleshooting of the Windows OS, IIS, SQL and other applications.
• Excellent knowledge of DNS, including diagnostics with Windows system tools.
• Must be detailed in documenting information and practice good follow through techniques.
• An in depth knowledge of Active Directory configuration, management & troubleshooting.
• Solid working knowledge of VMware server administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, and client support.
• Indepth Knowledge of Netbackup 7.x platform.
• Supports both the internal Corporate and external data center infrastructure on a 24x7-basis.
• Responsible for the administration, design, and maintenance of the corporate Windows Server 2008/Exchange Server 2007, 2010 messaging environment.
• The individual in this position will have a high level of application ownership from the installation, configuration, and on-going support of client-based and server-based messaging applications including BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
• Monitor messaging server performance and mail routing.
• Perform Exchange user, group, and public folder management.
• Execute recovery operations when necessary.
• Perform and recommend pro-active measures to prevent failures.
• Will participate in and coordinate project-based activity to develop and deliver changes to the e-mail server-based environment.
• Document internal policies/procedures and develop training for end-users.
• Work with software and hardware vendors.
• Assess and recommend optimal system configuration based on industry best practices.
• Eager to learn new concepts with a good attitude.
• Strong in Active Directory & Windows Networking.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills are required.
