Opportunity: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

This position is located at our headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop recruitment and placement policies, systems, and procedures, including strategies and selection techniques.
Participate in the planning and implementation of all activities related to workforce planning and hiring.
Develop job analysis process to develop position profiles and job descriptions.
Perform departmental gap analyses and develop recruitment action plans to address competency gaps.
Ensure client satisfaction through a thorough understanding of GetWellNetwork's goals, objectives and commitments, as well as business challenges and successes.
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources, such as colleges, employment agencies, search firms, and trade associations.
Manage recruitment processes to ensure highest level candidate experience.
Gather and analyze competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits, and employment practices.
Implement strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees, as well as build an on-going talent pipeline. Manage and enhance employee referral program.
Interview applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills, salary requirements, availability, interest level, and relocation needs.
Develop and maintain relevant recruiting metrics.
Conduct ATS system analysis and manage vendor relationship.
Proactively research and investigate innovative sourcing strategies. Track and manage ROI of sourcing channels.
Train partners and employees in the skill of interviewing on an ongoing basis to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices.
Manage, build and coach a recruitment team.
Work with finance department to prepare annual recruitment budgets and monitor expenditures to comply with budgetary limitations.

Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Extensive knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements, federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Extensive knowledge of all full life cycle recruiting components, including networking, sourcing, building brand profile, interviewing, skill assessment, job analysis and relationship management
Exhibit knowledge of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics
Minimum of 7-10 years experience in full life cycle recruitment with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated strong and engaging leadership in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated talent acquisition experience in a high-growth technology company
Strong process management experience
Demonstrated ability to drive performance and drive toward benchmark metrics
Able to manage simultaneously competing demands in a fast paced growth environment
Ability to accept constructive feedback openly, support teammates wholeheartedly, and drive for our client and patient success
The ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable is a key ingredient for success in this role
Bachelor?s Degree in related field
Experience in technology or software company a must, healthcare experience a plus
