Senior Technical Account Manager Skyfire
Skyfire is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to support our wireless carrier customers as well as our various software and hardware integration partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Be the single point of contact between Skyfire and the technical teams of our customers and partners. Manage communication flows between the companies to ensure that project schedules and deliverables are clear, well-managed, and properly committed.
Negotiate project definition and schedules with customers and partners. Work closely with Skyfire teams (Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support) to ensure that all teams are working towards the same goals.
Provide initial triage on customer issues, technical bugs, or other change requests. Report issues internally as required.
Coordinate and conduct regular operations reviews with customers
Act as the voice of customer in resource and work prioritization.
Manage customer escalations as needed. Brief Skyfire executive staff on core issues as well as advise on necessary course of actions.
Assist customers with creation of documentation as needed for the supported products.
