Airbnb is looking for a world-class Technical Writer. This person will strengthen and transform Airbnb?s voice. The Senior Technical Writer will be a key member of the Customer Voice team under the Customer Experience department. They will help shape Airbnb?s support efforts, owning and developing help articles, partnering with Product on email content, and working on special initiatives to drive educational content across the site.
Build and own style guides for how support content should be developed.
Produce compelling educational content that will live in the Airbnb Help Center
Track and own the metrics behind your content
Contribute creative content solutions to engage users with help
Partner with Marketing and Product to align support message with the company
Contribute to Airbnb?s tone, voice, and ethos
Help provide copy for core product areas, including site labeling, navigation, and user education/flow.
At least 3 years? digital technical copywriting experience
Proven ability to drive behavior via writing
A stunning portfolio of sincere, authentic writing that grabs users by the heartstrings
A creative, versatile attitude
Content work in customer service industry considered a plus.
