Our great Talent Acquisition Team is expanding; and we are seeking a great team player to support our growing Engineering and Product Management team. We are looking for someone who has the following:
6+ yrs overall technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley w/ at least 2 yrs corporate recruiting
1+ yr of experience recruiting for a Big Data / Cloud Services / SaaS environment is a huge plus
Strong competitive spirit and a matching work ethic
Proven ability to pitch your clients in a consultative sales approach (and we will have you pitch to us during your interviews)
Successful track record coming up with innovative approaches when typical sourcing channels run dry
Good planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills a must
Successful completion of a background screening process includes (but not limited to) employment verifications, criminal search, and education verifications
Bachelor?s degree in business or equivalent (technical backgrounds are a strong plus)
