We plan to hire over 100 people in 2013. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Sr. Technical Recruiter to focus on the Los Angeles and San Francisco tech market.
Manage the full life cycle of recruiting for variety of technical positions in the Advertising Technology marketplace.
Partner directly with the executive team to identify and define talent needs required to drive the company?s expansive growth plans.
Leverage your experience with the market for talent to write creative and eye-catching job descriptions.
Drive the development and execution of the recruiting strategy for each position; use new and innovative strategies to target both active and passive candidates.
Source key technical talent through a variety of online and social media tools and industry events.
Build relationships with possible future candidates to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and partner with hiring managers and administrative staff through the interviewing process.
Ensure a candidate experience that maximizes the ability to close candidates and positively reflects Rubicon?s brand and team mentality.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the company?s recruiting system (theresumator.com)
5+ years technical recruiting experience in high growth and fast paced organizations
Good business acumen and ability to interact professionally with all levels of management
Understanding of the competitive market for talent in ever evolving online technical environment especially in application engineering and data servicing systems.
Effective communication skills and the ability to influence decision making
Familiarity with computing tools and application tracking systems
Experience in hiring or sourcing candidates for skills like Application Engineering, (Java, C, PHP, Python etc.), Data Research (Data Scientist, Statistician / SAS Programmer) ?Big Data? Services (DBAs, ETL engineers, Hadoop Engineers, Data Architect, EDW developers), Technical Operations (Systems and Network Engineers, Hardware Engineers, NOC support staffing) and Business Intelligence developers (MSTR, BO , Informatica, Geckoboard etc ) is preferred
Experience in Mobile is a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent required
