Senior Test Engineer Actelis Networks

Overview: The Senior Test Engineer will support ongoing product development efforts and new product introductions. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and sustain the ongoing development demands of a dynamic, industry-leading universal broadband solutions supplier. The Senior Test Engineer reports directly to the Director of Operations in the US.
Responsibilities:
? Develop test strategies and comprehensive test plans, including in-circuit test (ICT), functional test, burn-in and highly accelerated stress screening (HASS)
? Manage the deployment of manufacturing test processes into contract manufacturers and other suppliers
? Provide technical training to engineers, technicians and test operators in test operation and de-bug
? Drive yield improvements
? Drive cycle-time reductions
? Perform product reliability assessments and drive product reliability improvements
? Support new product introductions and ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume manufacturing
? Drive design-for-test (DFT) for all new products
? Prepare short-term and long-term capacity plans that support business scaling requirements
? Plan capital equipment requirements for test processes
? Establish and maintain effective operational controls and measurements
? Participate in supplier performance reviews and drive performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
? BS in Electrical Engineering
? 5-7 years experience in test engineering
? Programming skills in C, C++, and Visual Basic
? Knowledge of LabView and LabWindows
? Experience in JTAG test development and implementation
? Experience in the development, deployment and support of ICT, functional test, burn-in and HASS
? Experience in implementing test plans for modules and systems
? Experience in testing networking products preferred
? Excellent project management skills and organizational skills
? Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
? Proven ability to be successful in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Start-up experience preferred.
Travel: Some International travel maybe required.
