DescriptionJob duties/description:
Good Technology Corporation has openings for Senior Test Engineers in Sunnyvale, CA. Execute and follow effective QA test processes, including participation in product releases, defining test strategies, executing test plans and cases. Work with key project members and contributes to development of Test Plans, Strategy, and Approach. Develop detailed project plans; work towards meeting key milestones, project schedules, and quality standards. Design, develop, and execute test cases for wireless enterprise communications products and devices, especially in area of security. Work closely with test engineers. Contribute to project success while simultaneously completing individual tasks and goals. Work with development and customer support engineers to resolve issues.
Requirements:
Requires Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Aviation Technologies or a related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Working knowledge of mail/networking server technologies (TCP/IP, POP3, IMAP, MAPI, MS-Exchange, Domino, Sun); 2) Testing highly scalable enterprise client-server software; 3) Test Case Management Tools including ApTest Manager, Test Director, and ClearQuest; 4) Defect tracking Tools, including Serena and TeamTrack; 5) Mobile technologies and testing 6) Exchange and Domino configurations; 7) Automation tools for testing mobile products; 8) Troubleshooting skills in testing mobile applications. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
