Sr. User Interface Designer to work in our San Mateo, CA headquarters.

We're looking for a Senior User Interface Designer to help drive the look, feel and flow of our mission-critical web-based applications. As a Senior UI Designer, you will work closely with development engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the product cycle. If you're a critical thinker with a good design sense, a strong technical background, and an eye for making things better, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Define the user model and user interface for new and existing Keynote products and features.
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change
Demonstrated experience in developing, and designing detailed interactions and functional specifications for usable web-based interfaces.
Expert, hands-on experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, and/or Fireworks. Experience XML, XSL, CSS, and scripting languages.
Strong visual design sense.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working knowledge of XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript or other scripting languages.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, designing and developing web-based user interfaces.
Solid academic background in design, human-computer interaction or a related field (BS or MS in Computer Science or related field a big plus).
