Senior User Experience Designer

Job Description:
CashEdge Inc., the leading provider of Intelligent Money Movementâ"¢ services enables financial institutions to provide a single point of access for multiple easy-to-use consumer and small business transfer capabilities. Our state of the art technology enables inter-institution money movement, person to person email payments, instant online account opening and funding and risk management services. CashEdge also provides account aggregation for both retail end users and investment advisors.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our User Experience team at our offices in Sunnyvale, CA. The Senior User Experience Designer will drive the interaction and visual design for a variety of payment and wealth management products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customer profiles and use cases
• Define sitemap / process flow diagrams
• Create interaction design wireframes and visual design mock ups
• Contribute to usability research and incorporate results into designs
• Present design deliverables to senior management
• Collaborate with development team to implement design

Qualifications Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience as an interaction and/or visual designer of a web application
• At least 4 years of experience with Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop
• Demonstrated design experience with consumer products - payments, personal finance, or banking a plus
• Demonstrated ability to understand customer need and incorporate into product design
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills a MUST
