Senior User Experience DesignerWe are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to help create an award-winning user experience for our Mobile product, CircleBack. He/she will report to our CEO.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer to work for an exciting startup!
Responsibilities
--Produce scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, interaction specifications and other requirements/design artifacts required to design and develop a great user experience
--Create compelling and intuitive mobile and Web visual designs
--Effectively communicate with developers through implementation phase to realize design vision
We seek an outstanding talent who will bring the depth of academic and technical experience along with the personal qualities well suited for the challenge.
Specifically, the successful candidate should possess:
Academic Experience
The candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, HCI, Design, or other related degree.
Technical Experience
--Six or more years experience in design focused role; At least one year working on Mobile (preferably iOS)
--Proficient in creating artifacts needed to explain the user experience and design requirements to developers
--Experience working in agile development environments
--Strong oral and written communications; comfortable presenting to others
Personal Characteristics
--Driven to create outstanding product experiences
--Strong service mentality -putting the needs of others ahead of personal objectives is core to the company's culture and this position's success
--Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful and results-driven
--Possess a blend of confidence, humility and generosity
--Organized and detail-oriented with a keen sense of when issues need outside help to resolve quickly
