Senior User Interface Engineer LeadPoint

Responsibilities
- Design & development of self-contained web components which enable users to interact with our Syndication API using AJAX & JSON
- Work closely with Product Management to create quality product requirements
- Assist LeadPoint partners with software integration
- Support multiple browsers from a single codebase
- Manage sprints/development cycles using Agile methodologies, and manage software releases.
- Define standards & best practices for code maintainability

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years software development & 2+ years experience with web-based UI development
- BS or BA degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of web-oriented technologies (AJAX, Javascript, JSON, CSS, HTML)
- Exposure to Javascript frameworks (YUI, dojo, jquery, etc.)
- Experience with Java (knowledge of the servlet API is crucial; Spring MVC & Spring framework experience a plus)
- Experience with servlet containers running on Unix or Linux servers (resin preferred)
- Experience with open source development tools (maven, subversion, eclipse)
- Experience developing high performance consumer-facing widget and web components (Flash/Flex experience a plus)
- Exposure to internet advertising or lead generation
- Experience with Ad networks and integration of UI widgets with 3rd party publishers is a plus
- Software integration experience with external publishers.
LeadPoint is seeking a UI software engineer to join our sophisticated development team. You will be building complex interactive components for our state-of-the-art consumer intelligence platform, and will play a crucial role in the design & implementation of LeadPoints advanced web applications.
