Use your expertise to perform verification in the development of various I/O devices in high performance multi-threaded, multicore CPU design. Our goal is to increase performance and scalability with our next generation family.
In this highly visible position, you will be challenged to own verification of high-performance peripherals, such as PCIe, Gen3, Serial Rapid I/O, USB 3.0, and SATA for complex chip and technology process of 28nm and beyond.
Additionally you will make improvements to our current features and work on our new high end architecture, develop verification infrastructure, execute and enhance test plans and create new test cases/infrastructure for our design that give our products a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:
Verify functionality of networking/IO interfaces of a network processor (such as PCIe, Rapid I/O, USB 2.0/3.0, SATA)
Collaborate with Logic Designers on RTL model debug, bug fixes, and integration
Requirements:
BS in CS or EE (MS preferred) with 6-10 years of relevant experience
Prior knowledge of the following areas: PCIe, Rapid I/O, USB 2.0/3.0 or SATA
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in programming System Verilog, SystemC, Specman or Vera, and C/C++
Strong verification skills, understanding of methodology (VMM, OVM, white-box, black-box, focused test, random testing, coverage), infrastructure (test bench)
Own and build complex environments
Prior experience with UNIX/Linux development environment: Shell/Perl scripting
