Senior Vice President/Vice President of Client Services
The Senior Vice President/Vice President of Client Services is responsible for ensuring the highest level of execution, professionalism, and service of our internationally recognized and award-winning department. The position requires a dynamic and experienced person who can lead multiple teams that span multiple product lines. Cvent has offices across the globe, so exposure to managing cross-cultural teams will be a necessity. The Client Services department offers 24x7 customer support and includes over 250 product consultants.
Client Services Team
Our team of over 250 Product Consultants is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals, all of whom are college educated. We have people from various educational backgrounds including, but not limited to business, psychology, communications and computer information systems. Cvent hires bright people who are willing to learn and are extremely motivated to succeed.
This position has opportunity to travel to Cvent's international offices to provide training and mentoring to our global Client Services team.
Lead a team of sophisticated client services professionals
Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive team and maintain a constant, in-depth working relationship with the CEO and other senior executives
Initiate, manage, and take ownership of strategic dialogues with other divisions
Identify, innovate, and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company
Lead and manage annual and interim budgeting and forecasting cycles
Manage the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the Client Services department's goals and objectives
Involvement in appraisal and career planning of employees
Draw up reports for the analysis for senior management and make presentations
Oversight and broad management/planning responsibilities associated with all areas of Client Services functions
Evaluate weekly, monthly , and annual data and develop it into actionable metrics and recommendations; work with team leaders to increase efficiency and drive continuous improvement within different functional areas of the department
Coach, mentor, provide feedback and improve the skill set and productivity of the team
