We are hiring a site analytics analyst who has a keen understanding of consumer behavior, and website analytics. We?ll be looking to you as the in-house expert for data on our corporate website as well as our mobile app. If you love data and have a love of web analytics, this might be the perfect role for you.
Oversight and coordination of tracking tags, tracking strategy, and the analytics tools in place across the company (web, mobile apps)
Consistent reporting & analysis in key trends is site usage/conversion metrics
Proactive identification of opportunities to improve the business in any area & finding root causes of variance
Close relationship with marketing teams to identify & prioritize the most effective strategies and tactics
Work directly with the engineering team on quality control & tracking new products/features
Work with business teams & senior leadership to define requirements & KPIs
3 years+ experienced in working with a Web analytics package such as Google Analytics Premium, Omniture, Coremetrics, comScore, KISS etc
Hands on experience in implementing tracking tags & knowledge of related technologies (cookies, JS)
Experience creating polished, repeatable, actionable dashboards and reports suitable for publication to various management levels and functional roles.
Firsthand experience in analyzing clickstream and web log data to drive actual business results
Comfortable with a fast-paced/unstructured environment
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB) database querying
Ability to work & communicate directly with Data, Engineering, and business teams
Some prior exposure to online marketing channels preferred
Management experience is a plus, although not a hard requirement
