About the Role:This role will be the primary person responsible for the Get Satisfaction Website, ensuring optimum design and user experience within our branding guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Have full accountability for website design, ensuring website is always up to date with fresh content, fresh images, and value proposition.
Optimize website for our small business credit card driven business (free trial business), as well as our enterprise solution selling business.
Is a strong designer who can continuously enhance the website with all the branding elements of Get Satisfaction and implement website design best practices.
Fine tune branding and design elements that add the fun element back to our look and feel.
Develop world class landing pages for demand generation campaigns effectiveness.
Develop banners ads that have a compelling look and feel, representing the fun personality of our brand.
Create and present web analytics metrics to executive staff that measure the effectiveness of our small business credit card driven business, as well as online marketing demand generation programs
Requirements:
Strong Web graphics design experience with proven track record designing and managing websites using at least two of the following tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver, PHP, HTML
Understanding of UI and User Experience as it relates to designing intuitive and easy to navigate websites
Proven track record designing websites for high tech companies, with preference for someone with experience designing websites for credit card type software acquisition
Creative designer with a strong love for branding who can design images and icons that are clean, creative, and interesting (as opposed to using stock images)
Experience with Branding or creative agency is a plus
Must have a portfolio of previous website designs, and other creative
Proficiency is Web Development: HTML, PHP, and Wordpress
Web Tracking: Hand on experience with at least one of the following Web Analytics tools: Omniture, Google Analytics, Webtrends
Experience in designing creative Display ads
Design and produce campaign landing pages with creative design and images
