As the Senior Web Designer for Infusionsoft in Gilbert, AZ, your primary mission will be to ensure that our design team executes a cohesive vision of Infusionsoft and facilitates a world-class user experience for our SaaS marketing automation software. You'll leverage your artistic strengths in Photoshop and Illustrator (ideally Creative Suite), along with your technical savvy with internet technologies (ie HTML, CSS, etc) to drive user needs and goals into both creative and pragmatic design solutions, with a high standard for quality. You'll not only apply your strong Visual Design, Layout, and Typography skillsets to guide the development of toolsets that allow our customers to brand their sales and marketing efforts, but you'll also draw upon your understanding of user interactivity through the use of wireframes, flowcharts, screenshots, design specifications and demos to provide intuitive functionality. Because of your understanding of user-centered philosophies and knack for interaction design best practices (ie work that "looks great" and "functions well") you'll have no problem making product decisions, constructing UX solutions and defining the vision of the end-to-end user experience, within time and technical constraints. While you enjoy your "creative space," you are also a people person, which will allow you to be an end-user advocate for our customers, participating in ongoing customer research, interviews and on-site visits in order to fully grasp their needs. These strong interpersonal skills will also enable you to be an excellent team player, who likes to both give and receive constructive feedback.
