Sensor Analyst, Freespace Motion Solutions Hillcrest Labs

Do you always have the answer to ?how does that work?? AND ?how can I make it better?? Are you a mathematical wizard who dreams in statistics, kinematics, quaternion calculus and linear algebra? Join our Freespace Motion Solutions team to work with the latest MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, and combined sensor fusion devices. Devote time to hardware qualification; research of new sensor technology; maximization of sensor performance; and statistical analysis of large data sets. Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with three years relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Matlab and object-oriented programming required. Strong verbal and written communications skills including the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate technical ideas also required.
