The successful Search Engine Optimization Manager will drive increased revenue and profit through increasing SEO traffic and SEO landing page conversion rates. He/she will use and extend LegalZoom tools to track site rankings, traffic, sales and ROI in order to understand and improve performance.
What you?ll do:
On-Page Optimization Strategies
Website optimization for search engines: HTML, site structure (T&D, H1?s etc), and page layout issues
Research and resolve link architecture, HTML code, and content and navigation issues
Identify and implement strategies for increasing traffic through organic search listings without creating the risk of being blacklisted
Assist in layout and optimization of SEO landing pages when needed
Manage weekly, monthly SEO reporting (keyword rankings, traffic, conversion data)
Continually monitor organic search rankings to maximize traffic and sales
Analyze website strategies and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the strategies
Create and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for multiple online sites and promotions
Conduct research and reports on key developments and industry news

Keyword research using WordTracker, SEMRush, Google, and internal tools
Categorize, organize, and refine keyword lists and segmentation
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in online marketing, preferably doing search engine optimization
Search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and affiliate marketing experience highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Math, Computer Science, MIS, Business, English, Journalism, Advertising, or Communications
Experience downloading reports from the Internet and creating reports with the downloaded data
Knowledge and experience with HTML
Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and overall flexibility
Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
