Overview:
The primary role of the Reporting Analyst is to provide reporting and insightful analysis for SEO campaigns. The Reporting Analyst is an expert in the field, possessing a broad set of analytics, marketing and management skills. They have ownership and direct responsibility for management within the reporting group on key accounts. They will help in the development of client strategy through communication and analysis of multiple data sources. They will assist in writing insightful reports, showing client website traffic and trends against marketing objectives. They are responsible for highlighting areas of success and potential concern. These insights will aide in the development of client SEO recommendations. The Reporting Analyst is part of the core account team and maintains a strong relationship with clients and internally across all disciplines.

Major Job Accountabilities:
Production and analysis of reporting deliverables as outlined by a Statement of Work
Possess a clear understanding of the client goals. Articulates departmental and iCrossing?s view on analytics, reporting strategy and tactics. Provide both positive and negative trending of client performance to help align SEO recommendations with project objectives
Responsible for finding creative, out of the box solutions to difficult reporting problems
Responsible for comprehensive management of accounts within the Reporting group with minimal oversight.
Draw insight from program results in order to demonstrate success and areas for concern while highlighting industry and search engine evolution. Ensure dialogue with client and internal team are clearly articulated, providing client or related examples when necessary.
Assume ownership of client questions and issues related to reporting; serve as day-to-day contact for internal account team, present pro-active ideas to client team
Work closely with account teams to ensure measurement work is strategically aligned, client needs are met and iCrossing?s quality levels are maintained
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree required
Minimum of three years in roles of increasing responsibility in departments of a similar nature
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient research skills
Familiarity with major search engines
Analytics experience required (on and off-line)
Client facing experience (nice to have)
Knowledge and understanding of interactive media a plus
Exemplary communication skills (persuasive written, compelling oral)
Advanced level Excel skills a plus
Advanced Power Point skills a plus
Experience with keyword and web traffic tools a plus
Soft Skills:
Able to work well in a team environment
Must be able to self-manage
Strong time management, organizational, and problem solving skills a plus
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and adapt as necessary
Ability to multitask and perform a variety of duties
Ability to perform repetitive work according to set guidelines
